The Practice is based in the principles around the Primary Health Care Team.

We are part of the East Lincolnshire Primary Care Trust.

We have four full time male GP partners, two half time female GP partner a Nurse practitioner, two practice nurses and a Health Care Assistant.

We also have the services of Health Visitors, District Nursing Team, Counsellor and Midwife.
